FITNESS AND WATER CLASSES

Classes are FREE for Members and $4.00 Non-Members

HIIT TRAINING

M, F  5:30-6:15 a.m.

T 5:00-5:45 p.m.

  These sessions will consist of increasing the strength, flexibility, and coordination of its participants. This will consist of fundamental training exercises, allowing women to push themselves to their limits while increasing their overall health.

SIT TO GET FIT and SILVER FIT

  

 SIT TO GET FIT

A low impact chair exercise class for seniors and beginners. This class is designed for anyone wishing to improve leg and arm range of motion, and strength. 

Dates: M, W 9:45-10:30 a.m. 

SILVER FIT

M, W, 8:30-9:30 a.m.  F 7:30-8:30 a.m.

Geared towards older adults working to enhance core strength, balance, cardio and flexibility-modifications for different levels incorporated. Instructor: Eileen Detra 

Sports Enhancement


T, TH 3:30-4:30 p.m.

This class will help improve running form, agility and speed, as well as increase flexibility, balance, core strength, overall strength and coordination. The goal of this program is to help reduce the risk of injury and to improve the athlete’s competitive edge in the sports they play. 


FOREVER FIT

M, W,  F 7:30-8:30 a.m.

Increase balance, stability, flexibility and strength by incorporating a wide variety of exercises - as always, modified exercises shown.

Instructor: Lisa Jacobs

Yoga-On Break

Th  9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.

From beginners to advanced, class is modified so participant can focus on tone, stretching, breathing, strength, balance and flexibility. Modifications made for all levels from beginner to advanced. Instructor: Kris Nielsen

Water Fitness


M/W/F  7:30-8:30 a.m.

Moderate intensity, shallow water exercises will improve aerobic conditioning as well as increase muscular strength, balance, flexibility and range of motion. Instructors: Tara Fettig 

Youth Fitness Course

Ages 10-14 - This course introduces youth to the basic concepts of weight training, technique and weight room etiquette, After youth complete this class, they have full access to the Fitness Center with a parent/guardian present.  Without having taken the class or having a parent with them,  a child in this age range (10-8th Grade) is not allowed into the Fitness Center.  Call to set up a time with the instructor.
