These sessions will consist of increasing the strength, flexibility, and coordination of its participants. This will consist of fundamental training exercises, allowing women to push themselves to their limits while increasing their overall health.

A low impact chair exercise class for seniors and beginners. This class is designed for anyone wishing to improve leg and arm range of motion, and strength.

This class will help improve running form, agility and speed, as well as increase flexibility, balance, core strength, overall strength and coordination. The goal of this program is to help reduce the risk of injury and to improve the athlete’s competitive edge in the sports they play.
M, W, F 7:30-8:30 a.m.
Increase balance, stability, flexibility and strength by incorporating a wide variety of exercises - as always, modified exercises shown.

From beginners to advanced, class is modified so participant can focus on tone, stretching, breathing, strength, balance and flexibility. Modifications made for all levels from beginner to advanced. Instructor: Kris Nielsen
Ages 10-14 - This course introduces youth to the basic concepts of weight training, technique and weight room etiquette, After youth complete this class, they have full access to the Fitness Center with a parent/guardian present. Without having taken the class or having a parent with them, a child in this age range (10-8th Grade) is not allowed into the Fitness Center. Call to set up a time with the instructor.
