This class will help improve running form, agility and speed, as well as increase flexibility, balance, core, strength and coordination. The goal of this class is to help reduce the risk of injury and to improve the athlete’s competitive edge in the sports they play. The class will challenge each participant with different work outs, in a safe and fun environment. Modifications will be made as needed, so everyone will feel comfortable as they work to become faster and stronger.
Who: Any Student 6th-12th Grade
When: Monday, Wednesday, Friday June 6th - August 5th
Time: 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.
Fees: $2 or $35 for the summer, $25 for members

M, W, Th 5:00-5:50 a.m.
This class will challenge your muscular endurance and strength by focusing on exercises to build muscle. There will be a use of weights, kettlebell, resistance bands, medicine balls and your own body weight. Each class is designed to be different and will push you out of your comfort zone. This class is for all levels and modifications can be used for beginners.

Boot Camp style class, will challenge you and change you. A different class every day, so no burn out on doing the same routines! This class is for all levels and modifications -even for those just starting their fitness journey or getting back in a routine.

M, W, F 7:45 a.m.-8:45 a.m. - Time will change to 7:15 a.m. starting June 6th
A class designed for the 50+, during the workout, the focus will be to increase balance, stability, flexibility, and strength, all fitness levels included with modified exercises available. Instructor: Keirra Crocker
T,Th 8:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m.* Will start back up in April*
Geared towards older adults working to enhance core strength, balance, cardio and flexibility-modifications for different levels incorportated. Instructor: Eileen Detra
T/Th 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.
From beginners to advanced, class is modified so participant can focus on tone, stretching, breathing, strength, balance and flexibility. Modifications made for all levels from beginner to advanced. Instructor: Kris Nielsen
M/Th 3:00-4:00 p.m.
M/W/F 7:30-8:30 a.m.
Moderate intensity, shallow water exercises will improve aerobic conditioning as well as increase muscular strength, balance, flexibility and range of motion. Instructors: Rosemary Sibley (Morning) and Tara Fettig (Afternoon).
Ages 10-14 - This course introduces youth to the basic concepts of weight training, technique and weight room etiquette, After youth complete this class, they have full access to the Fitness Center with a parent/guardian present. Without having taken the class or having a parent with them, a child in this age range (10-8th Grade) is not allowed into the Fitness Center.
