Youth Fitness Course - Ages 10-14
This course introduces youth to the basic concepts of weight training, technique and weight room etiquette. After youth complete this class, they have full access to the Fitness Center with a parent/guardian present. Without having taken the class or having a parent with them, a child in this age range (from age 10-through 8th grade) is not allowed into the Fitness Center. Class is free with a paid membership, $15 without a membership. Call to schedule a time to take the class.
