FITNESS CLASSES 
All of our Classes are available on a drop in basis.


C
lasses will take place both inside and outside. All Instructors Give Modifications to Fit the Needs of the Participants in the Class,

 whether you are just getting started or a fitness veteran!


Forever Fit - A class designed to increase balance, stability, flexibility, and strength, all fitness levels included with modified exercises available.  Instructor: Heather Bruns

Silver Sneakers- Geared towards older adults working to enhance core strength, balance, cardio and flexibility-modifications for different levels incorportated.  Instructors: Eileen Detra

Boot Camp - This class incorporates a wide variety of exercises to help strengthen your core, build overall body strength, agility and cardio.    
Instructor:  Kerrie Tenboer

Yoga -  From beginners to advanced, class is modified so participant can focus on tone, stretching, breathing, strength, balance and flexibility.  Modifications made for all levels from beginner to advanced.  Instructor: Sheri Coate 

Morning Boost:  Are you short on time after work or want to get your workout done before the day starts?  Come in bright and early for our 30 minute HIIT classes.  The same burn and workout as an hour class crunched into a 30 minute time period. Instructor:  Heather Bruns

Men's Workout Group:  The class will meet in the gym and outside and focus on functional strength and interval training. This program is designed for beginners to intermediate level of fitness.  Instructor:  Dan Howard


Sport Enhancement Class:  9th-12th Grade - Wide variety of training involved to keep you in shape or get you in shape for the next sport season. Instructor: Heather Bruns


Water Aerobics - Moderate intensity, shallow water exercises will improve aerobic conditioning as well as increase muscular strength, balance, flexibility and range of motion.   
Instructors: Rosemary Sibley  (Morning) and Tara Fettig (Afternoon)


Krazy Kids Fitness:   Kids aged 3-5 are welcome to this class.  Bring your kids in to burn off some energy before nap time.  We will work on coordination and following directions. Instructor:  Heather Bruns


Youth Fitness Course - Ages 10-14 - This course introduces youth to the basic concepts of weight training, technique and weight room etiquette.  After youth complete this class, they have full access to the Fitness Center with a parent/guardian present.  Without having taken the class or having a parent with them, a child in this age range (age 10 - through 8th grade) is not allowed into the Fitness Center.  Class is free with a paid membership, $15 without a membership.  Call to schedule a time to take the class.
